Copy the generated feed URL into your reader. Treat the URL like a password; anyone with it can read the feed.
What the service supports
This is a focused email conversion service, not a universal email gateway or a guarantee that every newsletter works in every RSS reader.
- Inboxes
- Up to 5 active newsletter inboxes.
- Message format
- Publication-style HTML or plain-text email sent directly to the private address. Bcc-only and unusual delivery formats may not arrive.
- Message size
- Up to 5 MiB for the raw message, with additional HTML and text body limits. Oversize messages are rejected.
- Delivery allowance
- Up to 100 accepted messages per account and 50 per inbox in a rolling 30 days, with daily limits of 20 per account and 10 per inbox.
- Retention
- The latest 200 items per inbox are available for up to 90 days. Cleanup runs as mail arrives or a feed is read.
- Best effort
- Senders, email infrastructure, feed clients, and internet delivery are outside our control, so universal delivery and reader compatibility are not guaranteed.
Newsletter data and deletion
The free reader keeps its feed library and reading state on your device. The paid service is different: AX Network processes and stores account details, billing entitlement, inbox metadata, delivery outcomes, and sanitized newsletter content on the server so private feeds can work.
Delete an individual newsletter inbox in Settings. This removes its server inbox, items, and private feed URL. Copies already downloaded by a reader remain there until you remove them. Bounded delivery-outcome records remain until their cleanup window runs.
To delete your account and service data, cancel billing first and wait until paid access ends, then use Delete Account in Settings with your current password. Successful account deletion removes account-owned server data and clears this account's local reader data on the current device.
Renewal, cancellation, and refunds
The subscription renews annually at $40 until canceled. Use authenticated Billing & Subscription to open Stripe's billing portal, update payment details, or cancel. Cancellation stops renewal; access continues through the current paid-through date.
Refunds are not automatic. Email support with the account email and charge details, and we will review practical requests case by case. An approved full refund ends paid access.

One support channel: support@axreader.app. Support is best-effort and asynchronous. There is no service level agreement or guaranteed response or resolution time.
